- Floss at least once a day.

- Make regular visits to the dentist; it is recommended to go twice a year.
It is crucial to watch for signs of dental problems. If you notice anything abnormal, see your dentist as soon as possible. Remember, your dental health may be linked to more than just your smile; it can affect your overall health.
