Weight gain has lots of factors to consider.In my experience I noticed to gain weight few days only of eating fatty meat of beef,chicken,and pork and quite often I was sleepy.I gradually changed my diet by drinking half glass of water before eating lean meat and leafy vegetable without desert but a glass of water only every after eating.I lost 3 lbs. in a week and I felt stronger.Oh well, I guess I can’t have both,I end up also passing more flatus because perhaps of the vegetable that I ate.Click here for more, /a/

That’s great that you’re making healthier changes to your eating habits! With time, you should experience less flatulence as your body adjusts to new foods.
