Bruises are unsightly and also painful but they can be treated successfully with parsley packed ice cubes. Parsley is a cooling herb with excellent anti inflammatory properties.
To make theses healing ice cubes mix a handful of parsley with ¼ cup of water in a blender or food processor. Fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and freeze. When needed wrap an ice cube in a gauze or thin cloth and apply to the bruise.
After 24 hours it’s a good idea to apply a warm compress to help blood circulate better through the area.
